1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the kingacademic.com website and the KingAcademic YouTube Uploader tool operated by KingAcademic (“we”, “us”).
2. Permitted use
KingAcademic YouTube Uploader is a private internal tool. Use is restricted to KingAcademic and authorised staff, for the sole purpose of publishing KingAcademic’s own content to KingAcademic’s own YouTube channel. Any other use is not authorised.
3. Third-party services
The tool relies on the YouTube Data API. Use of YouTube is additionally governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
4. Content responsibility
We are responsible for the content we upload through the tool and undertake to comply with YouTube’s Community Guidelines and applicable copyright law.
5. No warranty
The website and tool are provided on an “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KingAcademic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or the tool.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
