Exhibition Planning & Design
A complete exhibition presence — strategy, design and materials, built to make the right impression on the day.
Turning up to an exhibition without a plan is an expensive mistake. We handle the full process: defining your objectives and audience, designing your backdrop and stand materials, producing trade brochures and collateral, and making sure everything is ready, consistent and on-brand before you walk through the door.

Objectives First
Every exhibition decision — stand size, materials, messaging — starts with what you actually want to walk away with.
Design That Stops People
Backdrop, banners and stand materials designed to get attention in a busy exhibition hall, not blend in.
Ready on the Day
Every piece confirmed, printed and delivered before you arrive — no last-minute panic.
What's Included
A complete exhibition presence — from strategy to the last piece of collateral.
One Exhibition, Every Piece Connected
We plan and design your entire exhibition presence as one connected system — objectives, messaging, visual identity, backdrop, materials and logistics — working together, not sourced piecemeal the week before.
Exhibition Strategy & Planning
We start by defining what success looks like: your target visitor, your key message, your follow-up plan — so every design and material decision has a clear purpose.
Backdrop & Signage Design
Large-format backdrop, pull-up banners and display signage designed to be visible and on-brand across a busy exhibition floor.
Trade Brochure & Collateral Design
Brochures, one-pagers, product sheets and any supporting printed material — designed to be handed out, kept and acted on, not left on the table.
Print Production Management
We manage the print brief, specifications and supplier coordination, so materials are produced to the right quality and arrive on time.
Pre-Exhibition Checklist & Timeline
A complete timeline covering every deliverable and deadline from briefing to event day — so nothing is forgotten and nothing arrives late.
Documented Handover & Source Files
You receive all source files, print-ready artwork and a documented brief — so the next exhibition starts from a strong foundation, not zero.
What This Means For You
Behind every part of the exhibition is a real change in how you show up and what you walk away with.
- A Stand That Gets NoticedA well-designed backdrop and consistent materials make your stand visible and memorable in a hall full of competitors.
- Materials That Get KeptTrade brochures and collateral built around the visitor's questions get picked up, kept and followed up — not left on the table.
- Less Stress Before the ShowA clear timeline and managed print production means you arrive knowing everything is ready — not chasing printers the night before.
- A Consistent Brand ImpressionEvery piece — backdrop, brochure, business card — looks like it came from the same company, not assembled from different suppliers.
- A Reusable FoundationSource files, documented briefs and a timeline mean the next exhibition costs less time and effort to prepare, not the same again from scratch.

Frequently Asked Questions
What size backdrops and stands do you design for?+
Any size — from a 2m pull-up banner to a full 6m x 3m custom backdrop system. We work to your stand specification and venue requirements.
Do you manage the printing, or just the design?+
Both. We can handle the full print brief, specification and supplier coordination, or supply print-ready artwork for you to place with your own printer — whichever works for your situation.
How far in advance do we need to start?+
For a complete exhibition presence, six to eight weeks before the event date gives comfortable time for strategy, design, revisions and print production. Tighter timelines can be managed depending on scope.
Can you help us plan the follow-up strategy as well?+
Yes — defining how you capture, qualify and follow up with visitors is part of the upfront exhibition strategy, not an afterthought.
What do we receive at the end of the engagement?+
Print-ready artwork files, source design files, a documented exhibition brief and a timeline template your team can reuse for the next show.
